Rockland Home for the Aged/Esther Gitlow Towers is a senior citizen facility which is subsidized by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Esther Gitlow Towers II/Yvette and Louis Tekel Senior Residence is a senior citizen facility which is subsidized by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
